• Greatest Wish: To be the mascot for the Grand Rapids Griffins. Though he'd settle to stand in for their regular mascot at any away games.
• Favorite pastime: Sending a bodyslam to Crosscheck whenever the fox is around. Even better if Wildfox is around to slam him into.

I've always really been pretty fond of gryphons and other wing critters, and it was about the time I got involved with the Gryphon's Guild that I put in a request to Marylens for a griffin. I didn't want the standard coloring (brown and tan - 'standard' griffin coloring) so I asked them to make him pretty much black and white (with grey beak and talons). I suppose that I was going for something similar to a favorite bird of mine - the magpie - but he doesn't really resemble one. He came out pretty neat, though, and Kanshin has become pretty much the 'mascot' a lot of appearances I've done with Critters by the Bay.
