For the past couple of years, I'd taken the the light-hearted 'mocking' of people on IRC when they did something silly. This gave me the idea for Cackle, who is - of course - a Mockingbird.
Cackle made his debut at Further Confusion 2007, and won 2nd Place, Journeyman for construction, as well as Best in Show for the Further Confusion Masquerade!!
